    .5 PPR

    CJ spiller
    Tre mason
    Nelson agholor

Which 2 would you go with?

    Thank you!

  2. Banjoe says:

Love Roster advice with Jeff! LOL Checking your PPR Ranks OK I picked up Chris Johnson b/c I have Ellington and as much as I’ve liked CJ Just Not ready to trust him this week,, So Mu Flexx I Have Stevie Johnson with CJ , Vereen and Spiller (till I Know he’s healthy .. Good Move or do u think DJ Can Really produce? Not sure of his volume?
2nd League I Need a WR and 1 Flex ,from John Brown, Gore, Andre Johnson, or Decker, I’m leaning Brown and Stevie .. I Like the “Indy” Guys but seemed out of sync last week and Not sure if Ty is going or Not. or I would think of Andre. But depending on if Revis is on him or not and having to wait till Monday is a risk? Wat’s YOUR take? Thanx Always appreciate your opinion ☺

    • Jeff says:

I think Stevie is fine in your flex spot. I have no idea if Spiller will be active or how much work he will get.

In league 2, I would go with John Brown and Gore. I think Indy’s offense will be much better at home this week.

  3. Skillz says:

What are your thoughts on Palmer’s value ROS? I’m pretty stacked at WR and just rolling with Tannehill at QB. B. Coleman or T. Williams too much to offer for Palmer? His matchup this week is looking tempting, but worried I’m jumping the gun a bit.

  4. rb says:

would you start karlos williams over frank gore if mccoy doesnt play?

  5. wr depth says:

currently have dorsett on bench, someone dropped michael floyd. which would you rather have? i have andre johnson if that makes a difference for wanting to keep some insurance for him

  6. RB trouble says:

Ellington went down like i knew he would. Need to pick from one of these RBs
    .5 PPR
    Spiller (if he plays)
    David Johnson

  7. fred says:

why no PPR rankings below positions? it was there week 1

  8. ZJG says:

    Love this, Jeff.

I am in a (good?) position where i have Olsen and Eifert in my league. I drafted Olsen after missing on Kelce but didn’t feel good about it, so was able to get Eifert a round or two later (WOooo).

Anyway, now i am right on the fence, as you both appear to be in the rankings. I’ve analyzed this to death and got nowhere. both face weak defenses (houston the weakest), both at home. I just can’t get over how defenses can focus on Olsen whereas they cannot double team Eiftert with Cincy’s other weapons, so i tip a little Eifert but can’t help but think Olsen rages back after that dud. Help me, Obi Wan

  9. Banjoe says:

Hey Jeff Great to be Back! PPR Flex CL Spiller or Stevie Johnson
League 2 PPR : Need “2” 1 WR & 2 Flex from Stevie Johnson, Andre Johnson, John Brown Gore ,or Doug Martin

    THANKS Always appreciate your advice!

  10. TSmith says:

You both seem pretty down on James Jones…I’ve been debating hard inserting him over wither Steve Smith or Vincent Jackson in my lineup. I know the matchup isn’t great but won’t Sherman likely spend most of his time on Cobb likely freeing up Jones/Adams on the outside?

I just thought Jones was very impressive last week after only being with the team a week. He basically had 3 TD’s if not losing one to penalty. I just think it’s obvious Rodgers trusts him and he easily could score double digit TD’s this year.

I’ll probably give Smith and Jackson one more week in my lineup but Jones is looming for me…Especially as our league is not a PPR league and slightly weighted toward scoring.

    • Jeff says:

I agree with what you’re saying here but I think this week sets up nicely for Smith (only WR option in BAL vs crap OAK D) and VJax (should be a high scoring game in NO). I think Jones is close but I’d stick with the others one more week here.

  11. nate says:

    hey jeff

i have good wr depth but im always thinking long-term. my league has 4 spots for wr (wr, wr, flex, wr/te) and I will almost always be using all spots for wr. should i trade jarvis landry for dez? my other wr’s are julio, odell, jmatt, john brown, and martavis b so im pretty stacked there.

the upside of having dez for the stretch run is worth downgrading a bit from landry to jbrown/martavis for the next 4-8 weeks right?

league is half ppr by the way

    • Jeff says:

I think I would do it, with the depth you have at WR. It is certainly a gamble but I think you can withstand it even if Dez doesnt come back until Week 12 or 13.

  12. the imp says:

Jeff, thanks for the early rankings!

In a 12 team PPR with small benches (15 QBs owned, 45 RBs owned), I am trying to decide who to roster in my last bench spot.
One option is to backup Tannehill in case he fizzles.
A second option is to look for a possible week 2 starter and/or an upside RB4 (start 2) behind Bell, Forsett, and Blount.
The QB options are Eli (on waivers) and Mariota
The RB options are Joique Bell (on waivers), Chris Johnson, Duke Johnson, David Johnson

I know this is a mess, but what would you do with the roster spot?

    • Jeff says:

I think Tanny will be ok. Chris Johnson will probably get the most run while Ellington is out, but I think David has more upside there as he showed with that TD on Sunday. Joique is a decent add still although Abdullah looks awesome. I think David Johnson is the best upside bet but it may take a bit.

  13. Donny simms says:

I was offered megatron and dez for Odell beckham jr. I feel like I take this without looking back but was just curious if I’m missing something. How long is dez out for?

    • Jeff says:

The Dez return timetable is vague at this point. He could be back around Week 6 or Week 7 but it could drag out closer to the fantasy playoffs. I think Megatron is close enough to OBJ that I would take the risk with Dex and accept it.
