  1. Ryan says:

I have both Forte and Jeffery, can I trust them? Other opt-in at rb is Ingram and WR would be Wallace, help quick please?

  2. it all comes down to this says:

If Julio and Deandre Hopkins dont play who would you start:

Andre Johnson or Harry Douglas? (half ppr)

    Thank you!!

  3. Wilsonian says:

Ok, so I have a WR issue with both Hilton and Jones still missing practice. My options would be to play LaFell, Stills, or Matthews at their respective WR slots. The problem with Matthews is that he plays tomorrow, so I won’t truly know the status of Hilton or Jones if I put him in. Right now I have LaFell in at flex, so I can also play FJax in the flex, if need be. So here’s my question: do I just leave out Matthews, hope Hilton and Jones play, if they don’t then I put in LaFell and Stills and play FJax at flex? OR do I play Matthews Saturday, then bench LaFell from the flex if Hilton and Jones play on Sunday? Does this rambling even make sense?

    0.5 PPR – 3 point bonus at 85 yards rec/100 yards rush – 6 point bonus at 135 yards rec/150 yards rush

    • Jeff says:

Good question. I dont think Matthews is enough of an upgrade (if any) to surrender your flexibility. I would wait on see what happens Sunday morning.

      • Wilsonian says:

So if Hilton OR Jones is out, are you playing Stills or FJax? Or I could pick up Moncrief.

If they’re both out, I need to play 2 of these 3: Stills, FJax, Moncrief

My opponent has Luck, for what it’s worth.

    • Jeff says:

      I like FJax

  4. Tom says:

Playing for the title………PPR. 1 spot undecided. Justin forsett(stacked at rb with charles and ingram), Brandon Lafell (have Brady as qb), Torrey Smith?? Thanks, and I win I owe you a beer!

  5. Jason says:

I have both Cutler and D. Murray. I’ve really enjoyed Championship Week…

For QB, my choices on the waiver wire are RGIII, E. Manning, Tannehill, Dalton, or McCown.

I have CJ Anderson to replace D. Murray as my RB1, then I need one WR and one W/R/T out of the following: D. Murray, Tre Mason, J. Hill, Kelvin Benjamin, or Alshon Jeffery.

    Thanks for the advice!

    • Jeff says:

Yikes. Tough breaks. At least you don’t have TY HIlton!

At QB, I would give Eli the slight nod over RG3. Then I would go with Alshon at WR even thought Clausen is starting. They will have to throw most of the game while trailing DET, so I would think he will still see some targets. At flex, I think you’re probably safe starting Murray still but if you want to take the risk out, I think Hill and Mason are both fine options at Flex. I like Hill a tad better.

      • Jason says:

        Thanks, Jeff!

Yeah, having TY would have completed the hat trick of bad luck.

I just recently discovered TheFakeFootball.com site and plan on making it a staple of my research sites next year. Quality insight!!

    • Jeff says:

      Thanks Jason!!

  6. Norman says:

12 Team 1 PPR, Do I start Mason over Shady as an RB1 or 2? I’ve got J Hill as my RB2 right now.

  7. Banjoe says:

  8. adrian says:

  11. Yahtzee says:

Need Help…Pick two, PPR: Andre Williams, Sammy Watkins, Latavius Murray, Dan Herron

    • Jeff says:

Sammy and Herron right now but let’s wait and see what Jennings’ status is before ruling Williams out of this equation.

  12. Andy says:

Hopefully my last question of the year…who do you like at QB?

    I have: Kaepernick and Orton

On waiver wire: RG3, Tannehill, Alex Smith, Manziel…to name a few.

    • Jeff says:

I think Alex Smith and RG3 are your best options. I have Smith highest this week. He has been decent lately and the matchup is nice.

      Good luck Andy!

  13. jmo says:

    pick 3! j hill, crowell, j bell, ingram, f jackson, t mason…leaning towards mason ingram bell…Thanks!

  14. Andy says:

Hey Jeff, just wanted to say thanks for all the help this year. I’m in the championship game in both my leagues with a real shot to win them both. I almost didn’t make it (didn’t listen to you and went Orton over Tannehill last week), thankfully it didn’t lose me the game. This site is great and you guys are usually spot on with your advice. Keep up the good work!
