NFL Wildcard Picks Rapid Fire Edition Today !
Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens won early and often, affording them the opportunity to back into the play-offs, but are still only 2 weeks removed from an impressive win over the Giants. The Colts are a remarkable story, and a great team, but they`re not going to keep up today. The Ravens were almost in the Super Bowl last year, and have the better team overall, and finally I`m buying the Ray Lewis impact. The Ravens much talked about aging and regressing defense is still a better unit than the Colts have.
Ravens by a TD, to cover the spread.
Seattle Seahawks at Washington Redskins
These two teams are hot, boasting 5 and 7 game winning streaks respectively, and the similarities continue with rookie QBs, excellent running backs, and excellent coaching. This is going to be a great game. Seattle`s defense is as good as you`ll find, and although Washington has had success stopping the run, they`re facing a Marshawn Lynch who is currently locked into utter beastmode. Finally, the Redskins have been torched through the air all season, which paired with Robert Griffin III`s lack of ideal health should prove to be the dagger.
Seahawks are leaving Maryland with the W, and should easily cover the spread, put me down for Seattle by a TD.
