The Fake Football Reader Leagues: Week 11 November 24, 2012  |  Jeff

Eleven weeks are now in the books and playoff pictures are rounding into shape. Before we tackle the final two regular season weeks, lets see how the 28 The Fake Football Reader Leagues are shaping up!

Our lone unbeaten squad was finally defeated, as “The Grimiest” received their first loss and now sit at 10-1. At the other end of the spectrum, we have two teams at 0-11, still searching for that elusive first win. Come on, people! In our overall standings, “the roustabouts” remain on top and extended their lead this week. The current champs have an 80.1 point lead over the rest of the pack, and just may have wrapped up the overall prize. We will have to wait and see what the final two weeks have in store.

Our weekly congratulations goes out to the team “Luck Be a Lady” from the Fake Football Fred Savages league. The Week 11 High Score Champion won a The Fake Football T-Shirt, after dropping 196.32 points! Check out this lineup, with Andre Johnson leading the way:

QB: Josh Freeman- 24.62

WR: Vincent Jackson – 23.40

WR: Andre Johnson – 47.30

WR: Jordy Nelson – 7.50

RB: Doug Martin – 18.10

TE: Jimmy Graham – 14.90

W/R: Ryan Mathews – 12.30

K: Matt Bryant – 14.00

D: Baltimore- 19.00

Total: 196.32

Remember, this season we have prizes for each league winner and an overall prize for the team with the most points scored out of all our leagues from Fantasy Sports, as well as a The Fake Football t-shirt for the overall high score from each week!

Week 7 Starts or Sits

Follow @JacksonSafon Injuries have plagued this season, as they seem to do every season, and in Week 6 it was Ben Roethlisberger who went down. Streaming Spotlight – Week 7 QB & TE

Follow @chrismanniff Week 6 was a great example of how your streaming decisions can make or break your squad. Once considered waiver wire fodder, Case Keenum and Cody Kessler put up unexpected QB1 performances. While I’m not chasing those points, the formula for choosing streamers remains the same.
